They will be able to make additions or alterations to existing insurance policies with ease and make loan repayments online using the Payment Gateway mechanism integrated.
Coupled with the hassle-free client experience, i-Life will provide greater reliability and ease of service for LIC’s administrative team. For instance, the application will enable the generation of various reports for premiums and loans issued.
