What guides our approach
Jigsaw Ensemble was formed to address a recurring challenge we saw across organisations: as complexity increases, informal ways of working stop scaling. Over time, our work evolved from delivering individual pieces to designing and implementing systems — the operating layer that allows people, decisions, and technology to move in the same direction.
